Patching process doesn't update scripts stored in bin directory

    Description

      I have reopened ENTESB-924 issue where customer doesn't see the change introduced in org.apache.karaf.shell.console-2.3.0.redhat-60065.jar because bin/client script still references old org.apache.karaf.shell.console-2.3.0.redhat-60024.jar version.

      Maybe patch procedure should update these scripts too?
