Camel-k should be removed in 7.8 but it is still present in the CRD

Camel-k is disabled in the build #3, but it is still present in the CRD and if a user changes it the operator just ignores it. I don't know how drastic removing it from the CRD would be, but at least a message in the operator would be appreciated.
