Page which allows you to connect to remote processes should have a better error handling.

When I try to create new connection, using default values (connecting to localhost), filling empty inputs (user, pwd), and hitting Connect to remote server, following error messages keeps rolling in a new window:

[Window] TypeError: resp is null (http://localhost:8181/hawtio/lib/jolokia-min.js?v=1.2-redhat-379:50)

      Screen:

Furthermore, the select box which should contain saved connections, contains also values

      <option value="host">host</option>
      <option value="password">password</option>
      <option value="path">path</option>
      <option value="port">port</option>
      <option value="userName">userName</option>

Values 'host', 'port', 'path', 'port' seems to me like they should not be present there. After selecting them, for is restored to default values.
