HTTP Gateway Profile does not activate

      1. Create new fabric with fabric:create
      2. Add a container with the gateway-http profile
      3. Add a container with rest-quickstart profile to test gateway.
      4. Navigate to localhost:9000/cxf/crm/customerservice/customers/123 returns a 404
      5. Inspection of the log reveals that certain methods when activating the gateway are not found and are causing the component to fail.
      6. This issue has been mentioned and fixed in the upstream fabric8 project: https://github.com/fabric8io/fabric8/issues/1096
