Failed to logout error pops up when link to external address clicked

When clicked some external link e.g. in Fabric-Wiki, console goes to the login screen and red box with "Failed to log out" pops up in the right upper corner of the screen. Then redirect to the required site happens.
Sometimes, if the whole process is extremely fast, no login page or error message is visible.
