Change Jaeger trace retrieval from "json/http" to "gRPC/protobuf"

Accordingly to Jaeger API support, to retrieve traces from jaeger server storage using the current implementation of json/http is for internal jaeger use only, so we should implement the trace retrieval using the gRPC/protobuf, this is the stable api.
