Create backups

      The syndesis operator should be able to create backups and store them in a given backend (datastore).

      Ideally an Administrator can set the frequency for backups, something like once a day, twice a day. Optional parameters could include number of backups to keep, which leads to some auto cleaning functionality.

      The backup should include: database, custom resource, syndesis version.

      The backup files should be stored to s3, this is a requirement from RHMI. If no s3 key and key name are provided, the operator should store the backup files to a PVC.

      A first list of actions could be:

      • Implement backup procedure
      • Add s3 as storage option
      • Add PVC to operator and include PVC as storage option

      Restore will be treated in a separate ticket
