Keyclock quickstarts do not working

Keyclock quickstarts doesn't work. There are few different errors.

1) keyclock-http-service-blueprint, keycloak-war, keycloak-whiteboard-blueprint, keycloak-whiteboard :
Fail while redirecting to Keycloak UI. Instead of HTTP code 302 (redirect) return only 500

2) keycloak-httpservice : cannot be even installed quickstart bundle

3) keyclock-cxf, keyclock-camel-blueprint, keyclock-camel-restdsl-blueprint :
When try to run test it fails due to Refused Connection.

I am not sure if some step missing in Readme or if it is bug, but looks like Keyclock does not runnig at all.
