For fuse running on Windows, arrow keys don't work when accessing the karaf shell through SSH

    Description

      The command navigation does not work when a fuse container running on Windows is connected through remote SSH. Ideally the up arrow key should show the previously executed commands but it displays "[A" when pressed. Other arrow keys do not work as expected either.
