Split operations into separate actions

It is very un-Syndesis like to have the connector operation as a parameter on the action of a connector. Each functionality must be defined as a separate action. We need to remove the operation parameter and split every operation listed there into a connector action.
Those actions need to have data shapes defined otherwise they're unusable in conjunction with other connectors.
