[MongoDB Connector] Consumer can use change stream feature

According to some experiments done, it may be possible to user change stream feature backporting camel mongo db change streams to camel-fuse 2.x used in Syndesis.

Provide the connector the ability to choose this feature when creating a consumer (beside to tailable consumer, already implemented).

Acceptance criteria

• Change streams backported to camel-fuse passing all unit test
• Syndesis integrator to be able to chose the consumer type (either tailable or change stream)
• Provide unit test specific to the implementation
• Validate the feature against a replicaset cluster
