When running $bash install_ocp.sh and supplying the wrong credentials for registry.redhat.io, the installation hangs forever. The shell script will not get out of the loop

Waiting for syndesis-operator to be scaled to 1
Sleeping 10s ...

and in the OCP console there are no events nor errors raised.
There will be a syndesis-operator deployment config but the pod never scales to 1.

As a result there is no way to find out that wrong credentials are the problem.
We should improve the error reporting...
