[Upgrade] Syndesis version replaced to ""

[root@f928bf6eb4b4 opt]# cat template/syndesis.yml  | grep "syndesis: "
    syndesis: ""

it should be 1.4

this blocks the upgrade pod, because it can't parse the version from the template
