fabric-group bundle is never installed even we install the fabric-group feature

      As lots of other fabric components dependent on this fabric-group bundle, the fabric-group bundle should be installed by default.
      Currently we cannot install this bundle by using fabric-group feature.

      The workaround is intall the fabric-group bundle yourself with below command.

         osgi:install -s mvn:org.fusesource.fabric/fabric-groups/7.0.0.fuse-beta-039
