Set up smaller prod pipelines that can be run more often. Set it up so that the eng team responsible (or an identified single engineer) gets notified of the failure. For example, we could set up a Fuse Online pipeline that kicks off PNC + OSBS builds weekly and then sends an email to ipaas-dev on failure. Metrics: hopefully we can get some failures resolved by product engineers after a notification without someone from prod pinging them about it first.
