Backport AS2 component to current supported version of Fuse on Openshift

Customer is undertaking some new integration work and have decided to use Fuse on Openshift with Springboot runtime for the deployment.

The first integration they want to undertake is an integration with a third party logistics provider (3PL). The 3PL has mandated XML messages using AS2.

I noticed in upstream Camel (2.22) that there is an AS2 component that will be extremely helpful for this integration work.

Looking to see if it's possible to get this component back ported to either Fuse 7.3 or indeed the next point release.

Customer needs to go live with an mvp of the integration in September 2019.
