Maven repository is not writable in Camel K operator image

    Description

      The operator is unable to publish integration images because the maven dir is owned by root:

      sh-4.2$ pwd
/tmp/artifacts/m2
sh-4.2$ ls -l
total 0
drwxr-xr-x. 3 root root 20 Apr 10 18:30 org

      This is different from what happens in the fabric8 image upstream and it's probably done in productization.
