[Upgrade] Syndesis upgrade container has no prod changes

Changes needed:

• the template in opt/template needs to be generated with some "productized" flag using generator.sh from syndesis repository

• the syndesis version in the template needs to be set to "1.3"

• there are migration scripts missing in: /opt/migration/resource/any that are present in 1.6.2 upstream tag

• there were also some changes to the scripts in /opt/migration I think, so it would be good to pull those changes as well

opiske Darren had some scripts that were doing the necessary changes, so he should be able to help
