    Description

      We've seen too many times this error:

      Pull failed during fetch because of:
http://HOST:8181/git/fabric/: http://HOST:8181/git/fabric/info/refs?service=git-upload-pack not found
org.eclipse.jgit.api.errors.TransportException: http://HOST:8181/git/fabric/: http://HOST:8181/git/fabric/info/refs?service=git-upload-pack not found

      It may happen when container connects to master from ZK before it stops cloning data/git/local/fabric to data/git/servlet/fabric
