Fuse-ignite-upgrade contains almost 300MB openshift binary that is not used

After installing atomic-openshift package there is almost 300MB openshift binary present:

ls -la /usr/bin | grep openshift
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 276749912 Nov  9 15:13 openshift

This is not used anywhere, the atomic-openshift package is installed for oc client only. I tested the upgrade without that file and everything was ok.

For 7.3 it would be a nice enhancement that will reduce the image size
