Elytron Tool filesystem-realm-encrypt command creates CLI script even if upgrade fails

    Description

      The filesystem-realm-encrypt command needs to load a Secret Key from the credential store. If it fails to do so, the attempt is aborted. However, it does not reset the Descriptor object, so the CLI script for the realm is still created.
