Tool encrypt command creates invalid CLI script for bulk conversion

    Description

      When performing a bulk-conversion with the filesystem-realm-encrypt command, the parameter realm-name is optional. However, since the default realm name is not enumerated, the resulting CLI script will attempt to create multiple realms with the same name.
