Testsuite's HttpUtils assumes Tomcat is listening on localhost

    Description

      org.jboss.ejb3.test.servlet.unit.HttpUtils creates URLs that point to localhost. Tests using these URLs will fail if the testsuite is run with the server bound to an IP.

      The class needs to integrate with the test environment to find the proper IP address.
