I have refactored clusteredsession by:

1. moving the tests from cache (regarding treecache) to clusteredsession, as agreed.
2. Create a new BeanUnitTestCase
3. Deprecate SimpleClusterUnitTestCase
4. Use a ejb3 ExplicitFailoverInterceptor to simulate the failover (instead of shutting down the AS explicitly).
