Debug logging for transaction demarcation

As of AS 4.2, the EJB3 transaction interceptor gives no indication of when it is starting, committing or rolling back a transaction. This is good information to have when trying to debug transaction issues. Propose to add some basic DEBUG level logging for this purpose.
