@RemoteBinding definitions with no jndiBinding attribute are not bound

Removing code as defined by EJBTHREE-1524 has revealed that JNDI bindings are not made in the case @RemoteBinding is defined, but with no jndiBinding attribute set. In this case, the JNDI target should be the default JBossSessionBeanMetaData.getJndiName()
