Bring proxy-clustered in line with proxy

Changes from EJBTHREE-1515, EJBTHREE-1516, EJBTHREE-1517 have knocked proxy-clustered out of sync w/ proxy in trunk.

At its heart, this is a problem with dependencies where an incompatible binary of proxy-clustered is placed into the runtime (defined by EJB3 Core).
