EJB client context identifier not attached to proxies returned by calls to finder methods and getEJBHome method

Similar to bug EJBCLIENT-51, the proxies returned via calls to getEJBHome and the proxies returned by the finder methods (on entity beans) can potentially lose the EJB client context identifier which was associated with the original proxy on which the invocation happened.
