Version handshake timeout should be configurable

When creating lots of ejb client connections simultaniously for some connections the version handshake is not committed within the hardcoded timeout value in class org.jboss.ejb.client.remoting.RemotingConnectionEJBReceiver.associate()

And some of the connections are closed silently.
