Add UserTransaction create method which accepts multiple proxies

Add a method to create a UserTransaction which accepts a varargs list of EJB proxies. The return value of this method is a UserTransaction associated with a node which, at the time the method was called, has all of the given EJBs available to it. If no such node exists, then an exception should be thrown.
