Currently, when reading a compiled alpha network instance from the classloader of a kjar created using the maven plugin, we still need to generate the RETE to init the ANC with the specific FieldExtractor/IndexableConstraint.

By inlining the creation of the Constraint in the ANC itself we don't need to supply a RETE at runtime, therefore having an "executable" compiled alpha network.
