[DMN Designer] Data Type operation tooltips remain shown

      1. Open DMN model
      2. Switch to data types tab
      3. Add new data type
      4. Press Ctrl+S - the entry was saved
      5. Navigate by arrows to the added data type
      6. Press Ctrl+B to add a nested field
      7. Hover mouse over Save button
      8. Press Ctrl+S
      9. The tooltip will remain shown as in the attached picture
