[DMN Designer] Decision Navigator throws and error in Read Only Mode

      1. Create new DMN diagram
      2. Add decision node
      3. Specify expression for this node
      4. Save the diagram
      5. Change the expression of the node
      6. Save the diagram one more time
      7. Select previous version of the diagram via version selector in the toolbar
      8. Click to the expression in the decision navigator dock

      The decision navigator dock throws an error if user tries to navigate to expression of decision node while model is opened in read only mode. See the attached error.
