Description
The existing homepage UX/Visual Design doesn't have the intended visual impact.
1) Create more visual interest on the "Getting Started/Explore" (GS/E) section for several reasons. This needs to be done to increase SEO results. This is the true "hero" of the page and needs to have greater visual impact/larger size.
2) Reduce the current hero graphics to smaller spotlights (3 across). Currently the Getting Started/Explore content is fighting for dominance with the existing Hero. The hero is being used to promote information/events that are ultimately less important. The solution is to reduce the size (spotlights) and have several showing at once. This allows us to do a greater number of promotions and still give priority to the GS/E content.
3) Incorporate "Site Map footer (another JIRA issue)
Optional/Nice to haves
1) Look to incorporate "projects" into the homepage content.
