Update Error Page styling: V+D

Rework the error page styling to enhance the visual separation between messages and current button styling.

The alerts should include icons.

1) Alert < Yellow with "!"
2) Success < Green with check mark
3) Info <Blue with "i"
4) error < Red with newly designed octagon and x combo.

Reference the existing patternfly example and what's being done on Customer Portal (Pattern fly incorporates a dark rule to give a cleaner edge to the warning.

Spec the icons, colors for implementation.
