Make info on Eclipse tooling for Fuse more prominent

The Fuse product page has info on the Eclipse tooling for Fuse but it's well down the page and no one sees it - many people are not even aware that we have Eclipse Tooling.

Can you move this to a more prominent position?

Under the runtime download button would be a good location where people are more likely to spot it.
