UI makeover for Snowdrop Demo

Demo application, which should show how to integrate Spring and JBoss, needs a UI look and feel makeover.

It builds with maven and it deploys as an ear (produced by) sportsclub-ear. To see how it works, go to: http://localhost:8080/sportsclub/subscriptions and http://localhost:8080/sportsclub/reservations

The use cases are very simple, as the main goal is to showcase the technical aspects of integrating Spring and JBoss: create a subscription/search for a subscription and create a reservation/search for a reservation. So that is pretty much done. What the demo could use is some visual makeover, and we would appreciate any suggestion or help there. I think that looking at the demo would be a good starting point.
