Redesign UI icons for the Savara Project

Redesign the set of icons for the Savara project.

They are working on a scenario editors for Eclipse. They are currently using a set of "homebrewed" icons and would like to replace them.

From Gary Brown:
"some flashy alternatives, something to help make the tool look more professional. Currently they have a grey background, but that is not necessary - and in some cases make the icons harder to understand. They are currently only used in the editor's palette and a few on the toolbar."
