Devoxx 2018 Booth

Devoxx BE taking place November 12-15, 2018 in Brussels, Belgium.

We're positioned directly between Google and Microsoft, and from a corporate global events standpoint we need to do something more than a simple 6ft x 10ft pop-up banner for a 3x4m no wall booth space.

I have been scrambling to find a vendor that will be able to get us an actual booth with walls within our budget, and I finally have, but please keep in mind it is going to be extremely basic compared to the amazing designs I have seen us do in the last two years.

Wall A width 2860mm, height 2500mm with a bleed of 20mm
Wall B width 3960mm, height 2500mm with a bleed of 20mm

Artwork should be created at 25% of actual size.

The company needs at least a 3-week turnaround to get the design printed, so we have time, but it is definitely limited.

Suitable Formats for images or logos
Cdr, ai and PDF**
Vector Artwork
Artwork which is going to be produced in vinyl, for example; solid company logo’s or text, must be supplied in a vector format (ai or vector eps). Artwork created in a pixel format i.e. TIFF and JPEG is not suitable.
Fonts
Supply all relevant fonts and scans used. Please outline any text if it is not possible to supply the typeface.
Images
Please supply high resolution images or photographs, pdf and hard copy colour proofs with your artwork

Image Quality
For the best quality, artwork should be created in vector format (ai or vector eps). Logos taken from websites are generally gif’s. Gif files are not acceptable as they will not print clearly,
Artwork should be created at 25% of actual size. However for larger files i.e. Banner artwork, 10% of actual size is acceptable. Please include all links (images, logos, fonts).
Your Digital File Preparation.
for ease of sending, the original artwork should have been created high resolution - 300dpi to print at the best possible quality.
**PDF – These are print files only and cannot be altered to fit different sizes, artwork must be set up at the correct proportion and at print ready quality. Make sure images are saved at high resolution (300dpi).
