Branding for SmallRye

We're creating a new upstream project for housing shared Eclipse MicroProfile implementations that can be re-used between Thorntail (WF Swarm), WildFly, as well as external vendors.

The legally approved name for this project is SmallRye, which is a play on not being a full RI (Reference Implementation)
