icon for vscode osio auth

It is for vscode-osio-auth the auth extension for vscode[1]. It enables VSCode users to get authorized from openshift.io to consume some of it's services. We are
planning to publish this on vscode marketplace [2]. Similar to what we had done
for vscode-java [3].
It needs a 128x128 image that signifies authorization with OSIO. Please let me know if any further information is needed ?
