Blog post / Example: show how to restart a connector using a K18S liveliness probe

The question how to do it has come up a couple of times now.

Using a liveliness probe comes at the cost of restarting the entire pod also if multiple connectors are deployed, but IMO that's an acceptable limitation, as one could rather have a one connector-per-kc node relationship.
