As it turns out _fullDocument: updateLookup _ doesn't use post-images even when they are available for the collection. To do that one would have to use _fullDocument: whenAvailable _ or _fullDocument: required _

Unfortunately it seems that there is nothing like "use post-images when available or do the lookup otherwise". We will have to figure this out.
