Guard against implicit offset invalidation caused by switch of default connection mode

MongoDB connector in 2.5 will cause a silent/implicit offset invalidation when connection.mode was not explicitly set and the connector is capturing changes from sharded MongoDB cluster.

This is undesirable and we should require the user to explicitly allow this invalidation or postpone the migration until 2.6 and switch back to replica_set mode.
