Generting protobuf files to target/generated-sources breaks build

      If ./mvnw install -DskipTests -DskipITs -Passembly -Poracle-all is executed twice then it will fail with

      [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:3.8.1:compile (default-compile) on project debezium-connector-oracle: Fatal error compiling: Compilation unit is not of SOURCE kind: "/home/jpechane/sources/debezium/debezium/debezium-connector-oracle/target/generated-sources/oracle.json" -> [Help 1]

      Oracle connector should be aligned with postgres protobuf target directory to bypass the issue.
