Which use case/requirement will be addressed by the proposed feature?

The example Postgres connector configuration provided on the Debezium Server documentation page has the schema include option set.  If a user is new to Debezium, they may not be aware that they need to remove this line to capture all events or set it differently.  This can be a source of frustration.Implementation ideas (optional)

I propose that the line be removed from the examples.  I also propose that the Postgres connector be updated to provide concrete examples of how to use the include / exclude options to avoid confusion.  See this Stackoverflow post for examples of user confusion due to the lack of sufficient details.
