Move MAX_QUEUE_SIZE, MAX_BATCH_SIZE and POLL_INTERVAL_MS to CommonConnectorConfig

Those options exist for all three connectors. Also let's

• Make the default values consistent (PG uses 10x of MySQL and MongoDB)
• Fix the swapped docs of the options in the MySQL connector docs
• Increase the default queue size, e.g. to 8192
