There's an overload of the SourceInfo::update() method, which is only used during incremental snapshotting. This does not pass or reset the attributes like xmin or txId, meaning the values from the previous stream event will be exported in the source info of such incremental snapshot event.

Let's double check whether other connectors with incremental snapshotting are affected as well.
