UI final connector configuration includes some default values

      • Observe 'slot.drop.on.stop' and 'xmin.fetch.interval.ms' which are set to their default values but included in the config.

      The final connector configuration submitted by the UI to the backend should not include those properties which have been set to their default value.  Currently there are a few properties that still seem to make it into the final config, even though they are set to their default values.  

      Examples of this are 'slot.drop.on.stop' and 'xmin.fetch.interval.ms' for the postgres connector.
