Postgres task should fail when connection to server is lost

    Description

      When a connection is lost to Postgres the connector not only does not reconnect but it also swallows the error thus preventing ops to monitor the situation. The Postgres task should fail when the connection between DB and task is broken in a similar way as MySQL does.
